My Fault Films is a Los Angeles-based independent film production company, specializing in original short films and festival-driven features. It was founded in June 2006 by Michael Casentini, who established the company in an effort to fulfill his Hollywood dreams by attempting to create timeless content. He quickly partnered up with Brandt Wille, an accomplished actor and aspiring director, and together they created the short film classic “LOST: MY CAR KEY!” — an award-winner short film, and a selection for the 2007 Broadband Emmys, about a guy who loses his car key in the morning, while getting ready for work.

Our mission is to create serialized content and distribute it over the Internet through our brand new podcast.

Michael John Casentini IV

Co-Founder

Mike Casentini has been developing online communities for over 15 years. He has created such web destinations as MuzicTone.com, HeavyHittersofComedy.com and most recently, MyFaultFilms.com.

MuzicTone was one of the first on the Internet to provide e-commerce solutions to independent musicians around the world. MuzicTone focused on the user’s ability to embed their own shopping cart into their personal website. MuzicTone also handled the merchant account and fulfillment of the product, which, in this case, was CDs and apparel.

HeavyHittersofComedy.com was a Los Angeles-based and comedy-driven website, focusing on the comedy scene as a whole, as well as the individual comedians in the industry. The website featured an array of different content from local comedy hotspots to booking managers, comic profiles, media links and advertisements.

MyFaultFilms.com takes everything to the next level. Utilizing the skills which were attained through previous experience and applying them to the development of creative and original video content. Promoting all products through emerging broadcast vehicles and technology.

Mike is also a stand-up comedian, writer, actor and a graduate of Second City in Los Angeles.

Brandt Wille

Co-Founder

Brandt Wille is an experienced actor, director and producer. He has worked as an actor for over 10 years. His experience has helped him transition to behind-the-scenes. He has directed and produced several short films and is working to help bring My Fault Films to the forefront of video production.

Brandt also has experience on the post-production side of the industry as an editor and motion artist. He has a well-rounded knowledge of all of the components needed to create and produce a quality video production product.

As Co-founder of the company and Chief Production Officer, he is in charge of overseeing all the production aspects of each product we produce. His years of experience qualify him to be able to handle all obstacles that will be faced when producing your product. He is committed to producing videos of the highest quality and staying true to the art of entertainment.
